3. Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Personalized and custom-made products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a partial refund or exchange.
  • Refund Amount: We offer a 90% refund of the final product purchase price for eligible returns. The remaining 10% covers the cost of materials used in the customization process.
  • Conditions for Returns:
    • The product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
    • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
    • Returns must be initiated by contacting us within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • Items that have been damaged, modified, or used beyond normal inspection are not eligible for returns.
    • For personalized items, a refund will only be considered if the product arrives damaged, defective, or if an error occurred on our end. Photo evidence of any issues is required within 7 days of delivery.

  • Personalized Items: A 90% refund is offered for personalized items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. We do not provide refunds for customizations that are correctly completed.
